RxPERT USA is a division of Acadiana Consultant Pharmacy Service, ACPS, in Eunice, Louisiana. It is owned and operated by Charles S. Feucht, Pharm D, FASCP. ACPS has been providing expert clinical consultant pharmacy services to the long term care industry, nursing homes, and community homes for the developmentally disabled, and drug utilization studies and research for a rural hospital in south Louisiana and also provides House Calls or In-Office visits for expert clinical drug therapy management to individuals for the last twenty-six years. In providing these services Charles has served on the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee of the hospital developing drug utilization criteria and protocols for medication use with the pharmacist and physicians on the committee. He has also served on behavioral intervention committees involved in assessing and addressing appropriate therapy for management of behavioral problems through non-pharmacological and pharmacological interventions. Serving on these committees has provided him with a unique insight to the problems of treating behavioral and psychosocial problems for youth populations, special populations with developmental disabilities and geriatric patients as well. Because of his background in serving the geriatric community for the past eighteen years, he was invited by the Chief of Geriatric Medicine at Louisiana State University School of Medicine to serve as a board member for the Louisiana Geriatric Society. He began serving in that capacity for the Louisiana Geriatric Society in December 2004.
RxPERT USA is an expansion of the services of ACPS to provide its high quality medication review services to the public sector. ACPS has provided these services for the past eighteen years in the institutionalized settings mentioned above.

He is serving as a board member for the Louisiana Geriatric Society. He has also served as an item writer for the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.
RxPERT USA Provides expert clinical drug therapy management services for patients In-Office or through HOUSE CALLS with medication related problems due to PIMs( Potentially Inappropriately Prescribed Medications), non-compliance or overmedication.Charles is currently serving as the president of the Louisiana chapter of American Society of consultant Pharmacist and has done so for over 10 years. He has given presentations on drug and disease state management on the national, state, regional and local levels on numerous topics. These include diabetes management, anticoagulation, appropriate medication use in the elderly, Alzheimer’s disease, falls risk, anticholinergic burden, insomnia, and many more drug and disease related topics. He has spoken before his peers, physicians , nurses, dieticians and the general public. He has given presentations before such groups as the American Society of Consultant Pharmacist, the Louisiana Geriatrics Society, Pharmerica, Louisiana Consultant Pharmacist, and many other state and regional pharmacy groups and groups related to caring for the developmentally disabled.
He is a graduate of Louisiana State University (LSU). He obtained a bachelor of science degree in Zoology at LSU. He attended Louisiana State University Graduate School in New Orleans and obtained his pharmacy bachelor of science degree from Northeast Louisiana University. He received his PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) degree at University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in May 2008.
